Mirzapur: The Movie (2026) Review – MP4 Movie Download, OTT Release & Box Office

Mirzapur: The Movie takes Prime Video’s hit gangster series to theatres. Produced by Excel Entertainment with Amazon MGM Studios and released on 4 September 2026, it is an interquel set during the events of Season 1.

Story (No Spoilers)

Kaleen Bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi), Guddu (Ali Fazal) and Munna (Divyenndu) return in a story of drug trade and underworld power struggles, with the action moving to Rajasthan. Jitendra Kumar takes over the role of Bablu Pandit from Vikrant Massey, and Ravi Kishan joins as Babban Yadav.

Performances

The return of Divyenndu’s Munna Bhaiya is the biggest draw for fans after his absence in Season 3. Pankaj Tripathi and Ali Fazal are as strong as ever, and Jitendra Kumar adapts well to the gritty world.

Direction and Music

Gurmmeet Singh keeps the raw tone of the series. The soundtrack includes “Do Numbari” and an extended version of a series song featuring Shreya Ghoshal. Critics were largely positive (around 80% on Rotten Tomatoes), with Bollywood Hungama calling it a “paisa-vasool big-screen entertainer”.

Box Office

Made on an estimated ₹80–90 crore budget, the film grossed about ₹325 crore worldwide and is among the top five Hindi films of 2026.
